After reaching a financial agreement, Stallworth will not have to fear a civil suit by the Reyes family.
Instead he will serve a mere 30 days; quite a change from the estimated 15 years most people would serve under these conditions.
Along with the slap on the wrist, he will serve two years house arrest, 1,000 hours of community service, and eight years of probation.
