Another week of baseball in the books means another winners, losers, and waiver wire wonders blog from the fantasy guru. Keep in mind; the stats I show are the player’s stats for the week, not the season. Let’s go!

Jacoby Ellsbury OF, Boston Red Sox: .385 BA, 10 H, 9 R, 2 Doubles, 1 HR, 3 RBI, 6 SB

Maybe I’m giving Ellsbury too much credit. He had a good week, but I’m adding him to my winners list for the SB edge. He had six this week, upping his season total to 10. He’s also hitting .290, not bad for a leadoff hitter. Ellsbury isn’t elite, but he’s very good. He should be in your lineup on a consistent basis.
