Why Are The Washington Redskins Hated?

Seems like everywhere a Redskin's fan looks it has his/her team in trade rumors or "SO CALLED" experts bashing the Redskins. The reason for this is I have noticed today on many occasions that the Redskins have been hated on. Such as during Sports Center they were going through the schedule and were like "Will see how the Redskins fare on Monday night with their 100 million dollar man Albert Haynesworth". When checking on NFL.com thy had a survey on which non-playoff team has the best chance of reaching the playoffs and bingo you got it we were the last team on the survey with a measly seven percent.
Which non-playoff team from last year has the best chance of making the playoffs in 2009?
