Duh. How can this guy not be at the top of the list? Everyone was expecting big things from him and he has delivered. First, in his first four starts he doesn't allow one run and wins all the decisions (4-0).
This week he went up against Detroit and Toronto. In those two games he went 2-0, 15 innings, 8 hits, 2 earned runs, and struck out 18 batters. Is it too early to call him the best? Yes. But he will be.
