2009 NBA Mock Draft Round One 2.0

This year’s draft class is one of the weaker in recent memory, but a lot of teams are one piece away and there are great role players in this year’s draft who have the experience to come in right away and see minutes.  Round two will be up tomorrow but for now, enjoy my 2009 NBA Mock Draft 2.0!

1. Sacramento Kings: Blake Griffin, PF, Oklahoma

Unlike the NFL, when you have the first overall seed in the draft you go with the best player nine out of ten times.

Count this one as one of those nine times as the Kings grab the best player in the draft in Griffin to tag-team with Spencer Hawes in the front court.
