Seriously, What The Hell Happened to Odalis Perez?

But what I cannot figure out is what happened to Odalis Perez. Here is a guy who went 7-12 with a 4.34 ERA with the last-place Washington Nationals last season—numbers that should have him pitching in the majors this season.
But for some reason, no one has taken a chance on Perez.
Well, that's not entirely true. As I mentioned before, the Nationals did sign Perez to a minor league contract in February, but Perez refused to report to camp because he thought that he could do better.
Are teams trying to make a statement against Perez that going against contracts ...
