The Pens have a much different roster, and a new head coach.
At the beginning of the season, some said this team was weaker than last year's. You could make a fair argument up until the trade deadline of this year, when the Pens brought in three former Stanley Cup winners.
Around that same time, they also brought in a new coach with a new attitude that the players seemed to respect.
