Just how bad have things gotten for the New York Yankees? While X-ing out the stat tracker pop up for my fantasy baseball league, I swore I saw Nick Swisher, my first basemen who previously hit a homer, was on the mound against the Tampa Bay Rays.
Wait a minute, what?!? I did a quick mental recollection of my day to confirm no drugs were involved. Nope, no hallucinogens for me. This has got to be an error on Yahoo’s part. After re-pulling up my stat tracker, Nick Swisher was indeed pitching for the Yankees. I checked ESPN to confirm I wasn’t losing it.
