Even When The Clippers Win, They Lose

I didn’t expect this one. The NBA Draft Lottery was unveiled before the start of the Lakers-Nuggets game tonight, and the big winner of the draft was the Clippers, who came into the night with the third best chance to get the top pick. The big loser? Ricky Rubio and Blake Griffin.

The Clippers don’t really need a point guard (remember Baron Davis?), so the odds of him going to the Clippers are slim. Blake wouldn’t fit there either though, as the franchise doesn’t have a position for him (Marcus Camby, Zach Randolph, and Chris Kamaan). What happens now? Would the Clippers entertain a trade offer by a team like the Thunder or Wizards?
