There was Kobe. Sitting there almost reluctantly as if he was being forced to answer questions that he really didn't want to have to answer.
He did his usual "push my tongue into my cheek after every word I say" thing (see the Colorado alleged rape press conferences for verification) and answered every question short and quick.
What are you angry about? Your team just destroyed the Orlando Magic in Game 1 of the NBA Finals. All we've heard is, "Kobe needs that fourth ring without Shaq." You got one step closer tonight. Why not just smile?
