If ever there was any doubt that that Atlanta Hawks are for real, their performance today should serve notice to all critics. Last year, the Hawks came out of nowhere to push the Boston Celtics to a seventh game in the first round, and in the process won the hearts of many basketball fans around the world. With their play today, the Hawks have given notice that their success is no fluke.

No disrespect to Dwyane Wade or the rest of the Miami Heat team. but it might be time for Hawk fans to break out their broomsticks.
