NBA Mock Draft 2009: Picks 15 through 30

I posted my version of how I think the lottery will play out. With fourteen guys off the board and some teams having multiple first rounders this is a very tricky end of round one. I believe this draft could be one of the best of all time Point guard and Shootguards wise, however once again the bigs are just not there.
