NBA Playoff Predictions: First Round

Well the 2008-2009 NBA season is over, and the playoff matches are set.
This year I don't think there will be any upsets, as there usually aren't in the first round. The East top four seeds are so far and away better than the bottom four it's ridiculous. The only bottom four team that has a chance to win is Miami because they have Dwayne Wade.
The East was a toss up before news broke today that Kevin Garnett is going to miss the post season. It's not final yet, but Coach Doc Rivers said KG will "probably miss the entire post season." With that news, the Cavs are the favorite to win the East.
