We have to look no further than R.C. Buford of the Spurs to see what a truly great GM can do without having an unlimited checking account at his disposal.
It's unfortunate that the same cannot be said about Hornets GM Jeff Bower.
There are certainly some bights spots on his resume seeing as he had the foresight to draft Chris Paul, but besides that his decision making has been sub-par at best.
