Like Bryant, Duncan has three championship rings with the San Antonio Spurs. The difference is that Duncan, during each title won, was the unquestioned leader of the team.
Duncan also helped develop his teammates in Tony Parker and Manu Ginobli who have become very valuable to the team. Also, like Bryant, Duncan was helped out by Robert Horry as well who has hit clutch shots for both teams.
