Green Bay was horrible both running the ball on offense and defending against it on defense. First of all, the run defense was especially bad, somehow managing to give 131 yards per game, which ended up being 26th in the league.
Simultaneously, the Packers offense once again had trouble running the ball. Green Bay had only 10 runs of 20-plus yards, and lead back Ryan Grant only managed 3.9 yards per carry.
