There's a question every National Football League coach, owner, and general manager needs to ask himself about this time every year.
"Do we have a Super Bowl quarterback?"
If the answer is "yes," concern yourself with other matters. If not, then you move on to the question "how can I get one?"
The Indianapolis Colts, Pittsburgh Steelers, New England Patriots, New York Giants, and almost no one else can answer the first question in the affirmative.
Everyone else, including my Tampa Bay Bucs, needs to find a top-flight signal caller.
