The coaching staff was intent on maintaining a high tempo during the two-hour workout Tuesday morning.
Tight end Kellen Winslow hit the field at Tuesday's OTA for the first time in weeks after being excused from some summer practices in advance. Winslow's return allowed competing quarterbacks Byron Leftwich, Josh Johnson, Luke McCown, and Josh Freeman to target another dynamic pass catcher.
Wide receiver Maurice Stovall and defensive tackle Roy Williams also join the team again after minor injuries incurred in practices.
