Tony Romo, starting quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys, has a lot of expectations to fill. What expectations is he supposed to fill? He has the expectations of his team and organization, the fans, the media, and the so-called "expert" analysts. So, who is he more responsible to?
The Dallas Cowboys expect Tony to be a leader on the team, move the ball down the field, minimize the mistakes, and go out and win the games. They expect him to attend practices, team meetings, and workout on a regular basis to keep in shape. The Dallas Cowboys also expect him to earn his paycheck and represent the team in a good light.
