Minnesota, who drastically underachieved this past season by finishing ninth, two points out of a play-off spot, made a major move last month. They fired general manager, Doug Risebrough, who has had the job since the teams’ inception in 2000/01.
Since that time Minnesota, who will also have a new coach next season, has been busy interviewing and preparing a short list of candidates, who are still strongly being considered.
