Former Hall Of Fame goaltender Patrick Roy, who after coming over from the Montreal Canadiens backstopped the Colorado Avalanche to two Stanley Cups (1996, 2001), is rumored to be a strong candidate to join the management team.
Recently, team president Pierre Lacroix, who last month fired general manager Francois Giguere, promised a major shakeup would be made with the team before next training camp.
